Order Fulfillment, Backorders and Returns
Order Fulfillment and Backorders
Occasionally, our suppliers may experience delays, preventing us from fulfilling certain items in your order. You will be notified of any out-of-stock items when you place your order. Items not available can be placed on backorder upon your request. We do not automatically place items on backorder unless specifically requested by you.
U.S.A. Customers
Backordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. If a backorder is shipped and then refused, you will be responsible for all freight charges, including C.O.D. fees and insurance.
International Customers
When backordered items become available, you have two options:
- The backordered item(s) will be held and added to your next order.
- The backordered item(s) can be shipped immediately, provided the order total meets the $500.00 (U.S.) minimum.
Freight charges for backordered items are the customer's responsibility. If you decide you no longer want an item on backorder, please notify us.
Merchandise Return
Return of Merchandise
Non-defective merchandise can only be returned at our discretion and will incur a 25% restocking fee. Prior approval is required before returning any item. This policy applies only to merchandise received in its original condition within 30 days of the shipping/pick-up date. Items received after 30 days will be assessed at our discretion. Any credit will be applied to the original payment method.
U.S.A. Customers
Please contact us to arrange the return or replacement of damaged or defective merchandise. An RMA number is required for any item returned to Middle Tennessee Outdoors.
International Customers
Please contact us to arrange the return or replacement of damaged or defective merchandise. All returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.
Warranty Returns
U.S.A. Customers
For information regarding the return of broken or defective items covered under factory warranty, please call (813) 947-0444. We are happy to assist, although some manufacturers require the consumer to send damaged items directly to them.
International Customers
